Nyantakyi is a distinguished finance professional and a dual-qualified accountant, holding memberships with both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). His extensive career spans over three decades, marked by deep expertise in external and internal auditing, corporate taxation, forensic accounting, and strategic financial management.

He later transitioned into public media governance, joining the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation as Director of Internal Audit (2001–2003) before serving as Director of Finance from 2003 to 2006. Since 2007, Nyantakyi has led K. Kye Accounting Services as Managing Principal, providing bespoke financial consultancy, auditing, and tax advisory services to corporate and institutional clients.
